Anxiety is a state and disorder that is at an all-time high in this modern world. We are all exposed to so much information and news and live such busy lives that anxiety is likely to be a trusted traveling partner.


Anxiety is fear and worry that can take control of a person's life. An individual who has anxiety will learn to avoid certain situations that cause worry or panic. Some common anxieties are fear of social situations, fear of authority, fear of relationships, and fear about money.


It can lead to other mental disorders, such as agoraphobia or obsessive-compulsive disorder.


Focusing on the mind and mental health is even more important than ever because we are even deeper into the Age of Aquarius. Anxiety does not have to control your life; there are effective ways to overcome it.


So, it is vital to take note of factors in your life that you have control over to minimize anxiety, such as being careful with the content you consume, setting aside dedicated time to rest and relax, and taking care of your physical health through diet and exercise.


There is one other way that anxiety and mental health can be positively impacted: the subconscious mind.


I often tell my community that one of the worst things to happen to modern humans is a lack of real education about our bodies, minds, and emotions. Most of us don't realize how much of a factor the subconscious mind plays in our lives.
